Tea
Jack Farm's tea is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers and carefully picked.
We strive to be in harmony with the nature of Wazuka and produce tea that is good for the environment and your body.
By not separating the buds and stems, but mixing them in a balanced way, you can enjoy the rich flavor of the tea plant itself.
-
- ORGANIC SENCHA
- Organic Sencha (rough tea) grown without fertilizer or pesticides.
By not separating the buds and stems, but mixing them in a balanced way, you can enjoy a rich, natural flavor that includes the sharp astringency inherent to the tea plant.
We also recommend cold-brewed Sencha. Variety: Yabukita
-
- ROASTED SPRING BANCHA
- This low-caffeine tea is made by harvesting tea leaves that have survived the winter in tea fields that are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and then roasting them.
We recommend brewing it in cold water on hot days. You can also make a large kettle full and use it as your daily tea.
-
- ROASTED TEA
- We roast the bancha tea harvested in June carefully to create a sweet taste with a fragrant aroma.
As an everyday tea. Also great with sweets.
*For a limited time, we will also be selling "First Harvest Roasted Tea."
-

- GENMAI TEA
- A well-balanced combination of Sencha and rice that has been carefully steamed, dried, and roasted.
The wild, refreshing flavor is complemented by a savory aroma that will warm your body.
(The rice is also from Jack Farm, which is grown without herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or pesticides.) A great accompaniment to your meals.
-
- GENMAI(Caffeine-free)
- Jack Farm's rice is grown without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or pesticides, and is roasted slowly until fragrant.
Tea leaves contain caffeine, so we recommend this tea for those who prefer decaffeinated tea. This is a rice tea that will leave you feeling warm and relaxed.
-
- KYOTO BLACK TEA
- The tea leaves are exposed to the summer sunshine and then wilted to create a sweet, fragrant black tea.
It has little astringency, so you can enjoy it straight without adding sugar or milk. Perfect for when you want to refresh yourself.
Matcha
This matcha is the first tea harvested in a tea field that is neither fertilized nor pesticide-free.
In the spirit of "let your precious child travel," we have been watching over the tea plant to make the most of its natural qualities and will to live, and to ensure that it grows strong.
Stone-ground/single origin
